How It Works
Funky Lala issues special codes to access Gift Certificates (Access Codes), no cards or paper required. When you complete your purchase of your Gift Certificate, we will email you a PDF with instructions on applying the Gift Certificate and the Access Code itself.

If you would like a decorative Gift Certificate for presentation, we will be happy to mail you one with your name, the name of the person you are presenting the gift to, the amount (or not if you prefer) and the Gift Certificate Access Code.

The Lucky Recipient
If you are the lucky recipient of a Gift Certificate, here’s how to use it. Whether you are purchasing something online, over the phone or in-store, all you’ll need is the Access Code and the name of the person who purchased the Gift Certificate.

Online

1. Grab the items you want to purchase and put them in your shopping cart. Create an account and proceed to checkout.


2. If you are using a discount code, go to step 2A. If you are NOT using a discount code, go to step 2B.
   
   2A. If you have a discount code that you would like to apply to your purchase, enter this code in the ‘Discount Code’ box. Then enter your Access Code in the special instructions section, along with the name of the person who gave you the Gift Certificate. Please note, your Gift Certificate value will not be reflected at the time of purchase. When we receive and process your order, your Gift Certificate will be applied and your total adjusted.
   
   2B. At checkout, enter your Access Code in the ‘Discount Code’ box at checkout. You’ll find this box on the payment method page. In the special instruction section beneath it, enter the name of the person who gave you the Gift Certificate. Please note, you will be required to enter a payment method, however, you will only be charged for anything that is not covered by your Gift Certificate.


3. Complete your order by continuing to the confirmation page.

In-Store
If you would like to use your Gift Certificate in the store, simply come on by and shop. When you’ve found what you want, just let the sales associate know you’ll be applying a Gift Certificate.

Phone
If you’re more comfortable placing your order over the phone, just call us at 888-386-5952. We’ll gather all the information we need (like your name, address, phone number and email). Let us know the name of the item that you would like and we’ll get an order processed for you.

If you have a balance remaining after you use your Gift Certificate, your record will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. Simply keep using the same Access Code until you’ve used up your gift.

Balance Inquiries
Please contact us via phone (888-386-5952) or email to inquire about your remaining balance. Please note, you will be asked to provide your Access Code and the name of the person who gave you the Gift Certificate.

Terms of Use

• Gift Certificates may be used in-store, online or over the phone.
• Gift Certificates do not expire.
• Gift Certificates may be used incrementally until the entire value of the certificate is used.
• Gift Certificates may not be transferred, sold or otherwise traded.
• Items returned on purchases made using Gift Certificates will result in a credit to the Access Code.
• Funky Lala reserves the right to verify that orders placed using Gift Certificates are placed by the original recipient of the Gift Certificate.
